Checklists · run them on your own work

Eight ways to find out
before it costs you.

Each one is a set of conditions drawn from the published doctrine. Work down the list, see where you stand, print it for the room. Nothing is stored or sent.

Before you plan 10 conditions
The actual-state read Current-state documentation is a claim to verify, not a baseline to accept. These are the conditions that keep a read honest before any planning begins. Open the checklist →
Does this work have a legitimate entry 9 conditions
The governed-origin test Apply this to a single unit of detected work. If the origin cannot be established, the work is origin-risk — not work you can assume was legitimately admitted. Open the checklist →
One pass per GSDPI™ seam 12 conditions
The conversion-gate review Four seams, three conditions each. A gate that cannot refuse work is not a gate. Open the checklist →
Before the work is scoped 9 conditions

Can you defend this claim 9 conditions

Before you commit a forecast 9 conditions
Baseline defensibility A baseline is only as defensible as the work population underneath it. Use this before an opex, automation or performance-improvement case is banked. Open the checklist →
Before the first meeting 9 conditions
Steering committee readiness A committee that can only approve is a reporting audience. These are the conditions that make it a decision body. Open the checklist →
Before you admit work 9 conditions

The Working Set

Seventy-six conditions, one file, one work plan.

Each checklist reads and prints on its own, without an email address. The Working Set is all eight in one file — seventy-six conditions, each with why it matters and what to do when it does not hold, plus a work plan to carry the open items. Tell us where to send it.

One email, one file. We use your details only to send it and to reply if you ask us something.

How to use them

A checklist is a read, not a score.

An unchecked condition is not a failing grade — it is a place the work can be challenged. Use the list to find out where that is, name an owner for each gap, and decide whether it has to close before the next commitment. If the gaps are wider than your team can close on its own, that is what the assessments and Foundation are for.
